Scientifically Substantiated and Personal
As a sleep coach, I use a holistic and evidence-based approach based on the principles of the New Zealand Baby Sleep Consultant Training. These methods focus on creating a healthy sleep pattern for your baby using gentle, effective techniques, without the use of harsh methods such as 'Cry It Out'.
My approach takes into account the unique needs of your child and your family, looking at the whole picture: sleeping environment, nutrition, daily routine and emotional safety .

The methods I use are based on the latest scientific insights in the field of sleep, development and behavioral psychology of young children. This means that the advice you receive is proven to be effective and safe for your baby.
Holistic and Personal
Every child is unique and that is why I adapt my approach to the specific needs of your baby and your family. Together we look at factors such as sleeping environment, nutrition, and day and night rhythm. I do not offer standard solutions, but work with you to develop a tailor-made plan that fits your wishes and goals.
Soft and Respectful
My coaching is about finding solutions that are comfortable for both you and your baby. I don’t use methods that make your baby cry unnecessarily; instead, the focus is on building safe and familiar routines that provide calm and comfort.
